Shipping policy.

1. Available delivery services

Available carrier services depend on the delivery country, postcode, parcel weight, and carrier coverage. Checkout shows the services currently available for the supplied delivery address.

2. Shipping charges

The complete shipping charge is calculated at checkout and shown before the order is submitted. The charge can vary by destination, selected service, parcel size, remote-area classification, and carrier surcharge.

3. Delivery estimates

EU delivery typically takes 3 to 4 days. Delivery outside the EU is approximately 5 to 10 days. Checkout can show a more specific carrier estimate where one is available. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Tracking

Tracking information is sent after the parcel is dispatched. Tracking updates, including records of parcel scans, may take time to appear after the shipping label is created or the parcel is handed to the carrier.

5. International orders

The recipient is responsible for meeting import requirements in the destination country. Unless expressly included at checkout, this includes paying import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and carrier handling fees, and obtaining required permits and documents. Customs processing can delay delivery.

6. Address and collection responsibility

Provide a complete delivery address, recipient name, email address, phone number, postcode, and any information required by the carrier. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect can be charged before reshipping or other action is taken.
